Fulfillment Policies

Refund Policy
At Codelumen, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our lighting designs and products. Customers can receive a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received significantly differs from the description provided on our website.
  • A cancellation request is made before production starts.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Customized items are non-refundable once production has commenced but may be eligible for partial refunds under certain circumstances, such as defects.

Delivery Policy
Codelumen ships globally, partnering with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our delivery policy is as follows:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Standard delivery times vary by product type: 2 to 3 weeks for commercial standard products and 8 to 10 weeks for specification grade products.
  • For special large volume orders the delivery time will be 12 to 16 weeks.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the items purchased.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

Expedited shipping options are available upon request at an additional charge.

Return Policy
We accept returns of purchased goods under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and documentation.
  • Previously installed items are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or specially ordered items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is returned because of a defect or a mistake on our part. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed as per our refund policy.

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions or reservations for Codelumen services and products can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations for standard orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement to ensure a full refund.
  • For our design services, cancellations must be made prior to the project kickoff meeting.
  • Cancellations of custom or specially ordered products are not possible once production has commenced.

In all cases, we aim to process cancellations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid unnecessary costs.
